'Tis the Season!

The holidays are right around the corner, and while most of us are worrying about what we are going to wear to Christmas dinner, plenty are worrying when the next time is that they will have a dinner. Around the world, over 1 billion children live in some sort of poverty. Living in these circumstances denies children safety, dignity, and protection. In 2011, research proved chronic malnutrition to be the leading cause of reduced growth and development in 165 million children, and a leading cause in death in 3.1 million children.

VG is not only set out to cater to the fashion trends of today’s youth, but to also seize the needs of today’s underprivileged youth. This holiday season, VG is partnering with UNICEF, a United Nations program that provides long-term humanitarian and developmental assistance to children and mothers in developing countries. In efforts to stop world hunger, 15% of all proceeds from December 1st-25th will be donated to UNICEF. We couldn’t be anymore excited to put our love and energy into helping those in need!
